Silver Elite Diva Day

Aren't they adorable? These are my superstar Silver Elite Divas that were honored at our biannual Silver Elite Diva Day. Twice a year, I maximally spoil my Silver Elite team members with a special "over the top" party. This year, I had my eye on some flashy, sparkly cups and it just evolved from there! Getting to Silver Elite is a HUGE deal, but staying there is even more HUGE. I am so proud of these 3 (left to right): Elizabeth Mayfield Hart, Patience Holt and Cindy Griffin. Who knew when these 3 bonded at an Onstage in Salt Lake City years ago, that it would lead to so much?

Diva Day is a BIG DEAL, the tables are set with flair!

Here is a closer up photo. I knew you'd want to see!

I've always wanted one of these nail polish remover holders and it was the perfect place to use this cute stamp from the Here's To Strong Women stamp set

Divas must be pampered with pretty, sparkly things

Aren't these tumblers the best? Our crafty friend Lazendra Hairston personalized them for us.

I used the new Hand Lettered Prose Dies and stamp set with the brights designer series paper stack with the NEW Purple 3/8" Tricolored Ribbon. True story: to prove that my divas aren't really divas, I couldn't find my ribbon so Elizabeth let me use some of hers for her gift! Love her. AND she brought ME a pack of gummy candy. My favorite!

Each Diva got a packet with make and takes, brights designer series paper, two rolls of ribbon, rhinestones and new copper bags to craft with and take home

Dang, I forgot photos of the dinner, but these Divas ate off Disney plates in recollection of our last Diva Day in Orlando. Divas don't eat just anything and we don't pick up food. We call Bite Squad and ordered what we want, with hummus and dessert from Taziki's.

Of course we stamped!

These divas are now ready to have a class with the Lots Of Cheer stamp set! Christmas In July, anyone?

Did you know you can stamp onto window sheets with Stazon, then turn over and color with blends? Then put over silver glimmer paper, stick it on with glue dots and cut around the ornament and silver paper to make a Poppy Parade, Granny Apple Green sparkly ornament? We love learning new things!

Want to be a Stampin' Diva? Earn Silver Elite by September 30th and you can come to the next Stampin' Diva party, too! Click here to learn all about our Pretties Team of Happy Shoppers.

Follow Your Art glue holder: Product Of The Week

What better product would a crafter love than a crafting themed suite of products? The cute colors and adorable stamps with matching framelits and paper have me swooning! And, these mini shipping boxes with matching washi tape? Not to mention the felt embellishments. The cuteness is almost too much to handle.
Here are some projects I've made with this suite:

Click here to watch the replay of my Facebook Live and learn how to make a glue holder using this suite (I got this idea from Lori Longwell, a Stampin' Up Demonstrator) and expanded it some.

This is the best photo I have of it right now :(

Royal Peacock BINGO BOGO Recap and Product Of The Week!

This Royal Peacock stamp set was on my list of products to add to my collection from the Stampin' Up 2019-2020 New Annual Catalog. I think it was my racoon-like attraction to sparkly things with this foil paper and designer series paper. But the stamp set itself? Stunning!  It begs to be colored, but we did so much more at our Peacock BINGO/BOGO event last week.  The whole Noble Peacock Suite is a must have for your collection.

I thought this card showcased the foil paper, don't you? And that olive/peacock ribbon? Give me 10 rolls!

This next card features the bauble embossing folder and the Heirloom Frames framelits. The perfect frame for our blueberry noble bird! I just used a blender pen to smear the blueberry around

We used the baby wipe technique to stamp this tricolored beauty (blueberry bushel, pretty peacock, old olive)

Each participant received a Parcels and Petals box. The designer series paper is heavy weight and perfect for making boxes!

I think you need to see one close up!

And closer for a look at that feather cut out with the framelits. You need them.
Check back next week or tune into Facebook Live on Wednesday 6/19 @9pm for a video to show how to make this cute box!  Click here to join us on Wednesday at 9 or go to "papermadeprettier" on Facebook and Like my page. Then tune in at 9.

I am a sucker for a theme, so we had peacock cupcakes, of course.

Close up, no worries, just looking won't count you any calories..

Each participant goes home with a swag bag of goodies to make their make and takes

Prizes galore!

I need lots of help with events, thank goodness for Crystal Muirhead and Susan Davis!

Are we having fun yet? I'd say so!

BOGO sale for days...…..

and more...…..

Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

A picture of my sister Kathy Rich is as rare as a peacock in Arkansas. Isn't she gorgeous? She'll kill me that her eyes were closed.
