Pretties and their paper, LOTS of FUN! Find out how to go to Stampin' Up! convention for FREE!

My pretties and their paper are my favorite part of being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I love to teach and coach these ladies towards their personal goals as part of our "Pretties" team.  My talented demos Jessica "shutterbug" Bramlett, Elizabeth "scrap-ninja" Mayfield-Hart, Kathy "sparklebanner" Rich were in attendance. We missed our demos that could not attend and send our prayers to Lana "3-D specialist" Dunn (sideline) as she recovers from her surgery. What a great time we had eating, chatting, playing, stamping and learning!  These are quarterly events that I hold to spoil my team and I'm not sure who enjoys or learns more, me or them! Thanks to my mom, Beverly "myhomeisalwayscleanandyouarealwayswelcome" Kinneman for letting us meet in her home. It's a nice break from my craftroom!

Here is just some of the haul that my ladies took home with them as a gift from me. Spoiled much? YES! They are worth it! I try to give gifts that showcase our current fabulous products so that they can show them off at their classes. You'll see Valentines, SALEABRATION, Annual Catalog and Occasions catalog merchandise featured here.  Tell me in the comments below which is your favorite project.

SWAPS!

We love swaps. This is a way for us to make precious cards to bring and swap with others.  4 of one card becomes 4 different cards = LOADS of inspiration!!! (my swap was one of the items shown above). Now my pretties are all pretty "new" to card making, so they blew me away with these designs. I'm such a proud upline, sorry.

I'd say this card is peachy keen for sure!  What you can't tell from my photo is that Jessica heat embosssed the stamp on the punched out scallop. What a precious detail, and she really must love us because heat embossing takes some extra time, aww! Supplies used were: "Peachy Keen" stamp set, whisper white card stock (base), baked brown sugar (strip), gold foil paper (banner), strawberry slush paper (scalloped punch shape), gold sequin trim, gold baker's twine, decorative dots embossing , white embossing powder and BigShot banner framelits dies.

I'm crazy about this card because I am crazy about banners and anything that sparkles. I'm half raccoon, I guess.  Elizabeth spent some extra time too watercoloring the stamp with blender pens.  Now that is awesome. Aww, she loves us too!  I don't have this set "Another Great Year" yet, but guess now I will have to buy it. Stampin' Up supplies used were: "Another Great Year" stamp set, whisper white card stock, gold foil paper (love!), blushing bride classic ink pad, gold encore ink pad, blender pen, banner punch (SAB), banner blast stamp set (SAB).

Now Kathy just went crazy with this one and I LOVE it a lot. This is one of those cards that she takes to work just to ooooh and aaahh over since it's so cute!  I love all of the layers and layers here and the sparkle gives it that perfect touch. She must love us too! Stampin' Up supplies used: basic black and pistachio pudding and crisp cantaloupe card stock, silver glimmer paper, sweet sorbet designer paper (SAB), BigShot banner framelit die.

I feel blessed that these girls took such care to create these cards. These are absolutely a reflection of the strong relationships that we have and how special they are to me and to each other! It's fun to be a "pretty"!

STAMPIN FUN!

What would a stamp gathering be without stamping?  We made these cutie boxes with more SALEABRATION items. FUN!  Notice the gold candy inside (which matches the gold embossed stamp of course).

In case you were wondering, those pom poms weren't super simple but they were precious when we were done!

That's me!

For full instructions on how to make this box, check out my blog post about it here.

All in all we had a fabulous time!  Being on our team is a blast! Look like fun? P.S. my sweet sister preferred not to be pictured.

Which "pretties" demonstrator would you be?

1. Discount Demonstrator: 20% off on all Stampin' Up! products. There is a quarterly minimum to buy or sell $300, but that's easy with your own products and maybe a few sales here and there. You probably spend that much on craft supplies already!

2. Short Term Demonstrator: Sell for a short period of time to earn a specific amount of money and  stop when you are there! There's no penalty when you drop.

3. Hobby Demonstrator: to fund your habit - earn lots of free merchandise when you have classes or other events. How much or how little you do depends on YOUR needs and goals.

4. Seasonal Demonstrator: works hard at the business during September, October, November doing workshops for seasonal money. Maintains minimum sales during the rest of the year.

5. Stay at Home Mom Demonstrator: Want to stay at home with your children and make some extra money working a few nights a month?

6. Career Demonstrator: Stampin' Up! is a viable business with long term career potential. You could pursue management and move up the career ladder. You can regularly attend events and form close relationships with other demonstrators and maintain your business regularly.  Stampin' Up! has the support and structure that will guide you towards this goal if it is yours. All the way to a tropical destination you will go!

ANY way you chose, you get to hang out with us at these pretty team events and other events. I am here to help you reach whatever goal you have. What's not to like?  Every team member is important to me and I'd love to have you on our team!

Don't live in Central Arkansas?  That's ok! I have a Facebook group and email updates for ongoing team support and we will meet at our Convention and other events.

I was nervous because I didn't know what I was getting myself into. As soon as we met my nerves were calmed because of Kay's warm and encouraging personality.
