Move over Santa, Cookie Cutter Leprechauns are here!

Did you get the cutie Valentine's bag Paper Pumpkin kit for January? Is it still sitting in the box?  I had a few left over and I decided to repurpose them into something amazing for my Pretties Team Gathering Swaps. These gals are so clever, they inspire me to be more creative. This little picture came across my FB timehop of my now-12 y/o Hope from 1st Grade and my heart skipped a beat. Needless to say I was inspired. I hope you are inspired to make some St. Patrick's Day treats too!
Here are step by step directions for how to make this leprechaun using the Cookie Cutter Christmas Set (thanks to Kirsteen Gill www.creatinwithkirsteen.com for the inspiration!)
Stamp the Santa stamp from Cookie Cutter Christmas (THANK GOODNESS that Stampin' Up included it on the holiday carryover list!) with Black Archival ink on Shimmery White card stock. (You will need to stamp 2 Santas per bag)
Color one of the belts in with Stampin' Write Basic Black marker, color belt buckle with gold Wink of Stella and fussy cut it for the hat band

Watercolor the leprechaun figure:
To watercolor with your ink pad, with inkpad closed, squeeze it and then open it to find a pallet of ink for you to pick up with and aqua painter or blender pen
Cucumber Crush for suit (I colored the trimming of the coat and hat darker and the inside of the coat lighter)
Cajun Craze for beard
Gold Wink of Stella for hands, shoes
(don't bother coloring the top of his head, then trim it off)
After you color the leprechaun, punch him out with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch
Cut an extra head portion of shimmery white paper from the Cookie Cutter punch head and color with Cucumber Crush for his hat, then trim off ends to make straight sides of hat. Attach to back of main body with glue dots
Attach hat band with glue dot to cover the junction of the hat and the leprechaun's head
Cut a strip of paper 1/2" x approx 4", then Stamp "Go Green" on right half from Greatest Greetings stamp set. Wrap the middle of the strip around a toothpick. Cut a "v" in the end
Attach it to bag with glue dots
Attach leprechaun to the bag with dimensionals
