Directions:
Cut and fold whisper white base.  Cut pistachio pudding layer and run through the embossing folder.  String twine from upper right to about 1 inch down on the left and adhere to the back of the pistachio layer with double sided tape.  Adhere pistachio layer to white base.  punch banners with banner punch from the designer series paper.  To adhere banner pieces, adhere top part with glue dot and a dimensional for the lower part. This sticks the banner to the twine and the banner to the paper with the dimensional. Stamp 7 flowers from the banner blast stamp set onto whisper white with crisp cantaloupe ink.  Punch with itty bitty flower punch.  Adhere tiny rhinestone to the center of each flower. Adhere to twine with glue dots.  SEE? LOTS OF GLUE DOTS! LOL.  Make crisp cantaloupe bows and adhere with glue dots to the edges of twine. Color the stamp as shows with crisp cantaloupe and pistachio pudding and stamp on whisper white then cut with word bubble framelit. Cut same sized designer paper word bubble.  Adhere dsp word bubble directly to pistachio pudding layer with snail adhesive and then use dimensionals for the stamped image. Color cupcake as shown and cut with paper snips then adhere to the banner with a stampin' dimensional.  Adhere last flower to the stamped image with a glue dot.  Of course finish with a coordinating envelope liner!
