Who has time for New Year's decorations? YOU DO!  All you do is switch out the last two pennants, unclip the wreaths and clip on the stars and voila!  Break out the champagne, because that was easy!  Why not start of the new year with sparkles and shine!?!

ribbon: bermuda bay striped grosgrain ribbon, black taffeta
embellishments: mini clothespins, pompoms from kit
adhesive: stampin' dimensionals, Velcro

Tips:
Cut bermuda bay circles one size bigger than white circles. Stamp on white circles and color in the words from the mingle all the way with bermuda bay marker
Ribbons are in 6 inch strips, 2 per section
Cut stars with framelits using silver glimmer paper and banner pieces that are bermuda bay patterned paper
The end stars Velcro on (See Thankgiving post for directions on that)
String on jute twine included in kit!  Then add ribbon and clip on stars!
