Choosing my favorite banner is like choosing my favorite child. Impossible! However, I know I will use this one the most. I love birthdays and what better way to celebrate than with a colorful banner!?!

ink: bermuda bay classic stampin' pad; bermuda bay, crushed curry, pistachio pudding, strawberry slush and basic grey stampin' markers, blendabilities (daffodil delight)
tools: BigShot, circles framelits, 2 3/8" scallop circle, 1 3/8' scallop circle, 1 1/4" scallop circle punches
ribbon: bermuda bay striped grosgrain ribbon, pear pizzaz chevron ribbon, hello honey satin ribbon
embellishments: mini clothespins, pompoms from kit, basic jewel rhinestones
adhesive: stampin' dimensionals, Velcro
Tips:
Cut bermuda bay and strawberry slush circles one size bigger than white circles. Color cake stamp from Embellished Events with markers and stamp on white circles, then stamp "it's your birthday" with bermuda bay ink on the other white circles
Color rhinestones with daffodil delight blendabilities markers, adhere to candles for "flames"
Ribbons are in 6 inch strips, 2 per section
Cut largest and smallest scallops from remaining banner pieces, medium scallop from Bermuda bay paper and stack with stampin' dimensionals
Adhere Velcro to the backs of the cake circles and adhere to banner with Velcro
String on jute twine included in kit! Then add ribbon and clip on stars!
