Our swaps from the monthly team gathering in May were fantastic! No surprise, since we had all gotten our new goodies from our New 2015-2016 Annual Catalog orders and were ready to PLAY. No surprise that Sprinkles of Life was one of the #1 sets used. This fantastic set is very outstandingly versatile and is a MUST HAVE for everyone's stamping list! What's even more fantastic? Let's start out with a card by Patience Holt:
Now Patience just loves this set and I can see why! Paired with the Cherry On Top designer paper stack and the Tin Of Cards stamp set (for the greeting) and our new in color Watermelon Wonder for the sprinkles, I think I could just eat this one! The notetag punch was perfect to highlight the saying and I spy new Bermuda Bay twin wrapped around that cone! WOW! Patience cut the ice cream scoop out with the coordinating Tree Builder Punch which is a MUST HAVE also!
Next, I'll feature Sabrina Hinson's super-cute and creative card. I love how she included the Bohemian designer paper down the side and used the coordinating Bohemian embossing folder on Bermuda Bay rectangle to accent the ice cream cone. She first stamped the clouds/icecreamcone/treetop stamp in memento black ink and then punched out with the tree builder punch (tip: pay attention to how you stamp it so that when you get ready to punch, you aren't fighting which direction the punch goes). What a cute card and we all loved that she crafted envelopes for each of us with her envelope punch board. SQUEAL!!!!
