Llama, Llama, say goodbye-a!

It's the end of the catalog season for our 2016-2017 Stampin' Up Annual Catalog. The catalog ends 5/31, so you know what that means....We have to snatch up the stamp sets that will no longer be with us.  I was so excited to use this Birthday Fiesta stamp set for this cute card. He is the perfect stamp for my On Stage Shreveport swaps. Elizabeth Hart and I bought this set for our birthdays and I asked for my custody share for making swaps :)

This card was inspired by Susan Horr at http://susanstamps.wordpress.com.  I liked the way she used framelits to cut out the crumb cake llama, avoiding watercoloring it!  I was making swaps, and y'all... I can't watercolor a jillion swaps! I also added a cute "blanket" on his back from the Festive Birthday designer series paper. TIP: Stamp just that area-ish from the stamp onto the designer paper, then cut just inside the stamped line and it'lll fit perfectly.

Make your list now of the stamps that you can't live without and ORDER NOW, so thay you can get all the cute, coordinating products before they sell out!  (Stamp sets will be made if ordered by 5/22), but other items are only while supplies last!
