Dimensions: Basic Black 3 1/2" x 3 1/2", Designer Series Paper 3 1/4" x  3 1/4" (I used the Expressions in ink paper here, but the Cute Halloween Paper was so much cuter!) Watch the video to see it here: 

Here are some swaps I created with the Clever Cats stamp set and Cute Halloween Designer paper. Using the Stamparatus with the foam mat and memento ink is what you need to get a good, clean, filled in stamp here.
